Introduction to the Brew City Cigar Festival 2018
The Brew City Cigar Festival 2018 takes place on Saturday, August 18th, 2018, from 4:00 pm – 9:30 pm for VIP ticket holders and 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm for everyone else. The event is billed as the “ultimate night out for men and women who enjoy premium cigars and spirits.” The festival takes place at the Bavarian Beerhouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The event is sponsored by Metro Cigars, LLC and Au Contraire Events, LLC. Metro Cigars has two locations in the Milwaukee area, in Germantown and Brookfield.

The event takes place at the Bavarian Beerhouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, which sounds like a friggin perfect place to hold a cigar event. I’m imagining big-legged German women carrying five beer steins in each hand with some wonderful hefeweizen dripping over the edges of the beer stein.

CAO Dinner with Ricky Rodriguez
A late add to the agenda is a chance to “Smoke, drink, eat and learn all about cigars from Ricky Rodriguez, the master blender and force behind CAO Cigars.” The event takes place on Friday, August 17th, 2018, starting at 6:00 pm. Tickets cost $95 plus tax and includes a 3-course dinner, wine, and five CAO cigars, including the CAO Nicaragua. Drinks are available through a cash bar. Smoking is allowed before and after dinner on an outdoor patio overlooking a golf course. The event takes place at the Wisconsin Country Club, 6200 Good Hope Road, Milwaukee, WI. Gold Ticket
Gold Tickets cost $175 plus $4.50 in processing fees. You’ll receive premium cigars and swag worth more than your ticket and unlimited samples of high-end spirits, craft beer, and wine samplings.
VIP Ticket
VIP Tickets cost $250 plus $4.50 in processing fees. VIP ticket holders receive a sit-down dinner, drink tickets to a premium bar, and two extra hours at the event. VIP ticket holders also receive a private reserved space indoors and extra swag from VIP sponsors. If you want a whole table reserved for you and your friends, VIP Tickets are $250 plus $1.25 in fees.
VIP Couple Ticket
VIP Couple Tickets cost $400 plus $4.50 for those damn processing fees. One of you will receive everything listed above for VIP Tickets. Your hot date will receive everything listed above for VIP Tickets minus the cigars.
Social Ticket
I’m not sure why the hell anyone would want one of these tickets but for $95 plus $4.50 in processing fees you’ll receive one cigar, one beer tickets, and one food ticket. You’ll also receive unlimited samplings of high-end spirits, craft beer, and wine.
Food Ticket
For $5.00 you can buy a ticket for food. You’ll need 1-2 food tickets to receive full portions of food from local restaurants and caterers.

Lodging
Holiday Inn Milwaukee Riverfront is the official hotel for the Brew City Cigar Festival. Rooms cost $139 plus tax and include a free shuttle to and from the festival, free parking, free breakfast for two people, and smoking on the outdoor patio.
