Steve Saka Returns to Cigar Industry

Multiple online sources are reporting that Steve Saka, the former CEO and President of Drew Estate, is returning to the cigar industry. Halfwheel reports that Saka’s new company is called Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust. The company name is based on the name of the town where Saka currently lives.

The Cigar Authority reports that Saka will release three cigar brands at the upcoming International Premium Cigar & Pipe Retailers Association (IPCPR) trade show that takes place on July 17-21, 2015 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA. The three cigar brands are Sombremesa, Sin Compromiso, and Todos Las Dias.

A search of the New Hampshire Corporate Division business database disclosed Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust, LLC was established on September 10, 2014. c.gar loves all things cigar-related. He typically falls in love with cigars that are discontinued shortly thereafter. His first cigar was a Swisher Sweet with a wood tip. Sadly, these are still in production.
