Cuban Cigar Makers Look to Light Up U.S. Market

On CBS Sunday Morning on August 2, 2015, CBS highlighted how Cuban Cigar Makers Look to Light Up the U.S. Market. In the six minute video, CBS Sunday Morning discusses Cuba’s desire to sell cigar in the U.S. and the U.S. Consumer’s desire to be able to smoke Cuban cigars. CBS Sunday Morning online stated, “Many American cigar smokers dream of smoking a Cuban, legally. We’re talking about Cuban cigars, which have been banned in the U.S. since the 1962 trade embargo against the Castro government. But as both countries now try to normalize relations, Cuban cigars soon may be available to American consumers. Mark Strassmann followed a trail of smoke to Havana.”

The video is below. Enjoy.

c.gar loves all things cigar-related. He typically falls in love with cigars that are discontinued shortly thereafter. His first cigar was a Swisher Sweet with a wood tip. Sadly, these are still in production.
