Cigar Event: CATS Fest 5 in San Antonio, TX
Intro
I’ll be honest, this one is new to me but CATS Fest 5 has been around for, you guessed it, five years! CATS Fest 5 is scheduled for May 25-29, 2017 near San Antonio, TX. All proceeds from the event go to Cigars for Warriors. For those who don’t know about Cigars for Warriors, they are a nonprofit that collects premium cigars and sends them to troops overseas. They are a great organization dedicated to giving our troops a break from the action. The details for CATS Fest 5 are a little thin but here are the details available as of the date of this post. I’ll add more information as it is available.

Location: Texas Rodeo Company: The , 401 Obst Road, Bulverde, TX. Bulverde is about 30 miles north of San Antonio, TX.

“This year’s CATS Festival is being held at The Tejas Rodeo Company – a seriously awesome venue that is run by some seriously awesome people! We are so excited to have you all here and show off our wonderful digs. In the meantime, we’d like to tell you a little bit about it. The Tejas Rodeo Company isa one-stop shop, providing all the Texas-sized entertainment you can handle! Things get started with the Steakhouse & Saloon. This is an old-school joint, and as you might guess, steak is the dish of choice here, and they do it incredibly well. If you’re not in the mood for steak they do have some other options, and they also offer a couple salads in case you need to convince your wife to come along with you. The Saloon features a terrific environment and a huge selection of all varieties of spirits. That is just the beginning! Head out back and you’ll find a full-sized Rodeo arena! Every Saturday night from March through November they pack this place in for a whole lotta ropin’ and ridin’. You don’t have to just watch either, for a small fee you can join in the fun and compete for prizes! There are even many events for children to ensure there is fun for the whole family. After the rodeo winds down, the party keeps on going with their Live Music Under The Stars series. Texas Country, traditional country, and dance swing music from the best local and national acts make Saturday nights a can’t miss. For $270, you receive a VIP ticket to CATS Fest 5 and a ticket to the Cigars for Warriors Music Festival. The VIP ticket includes cigars, a VIP dinner on Friday and entry in the VIP Raffle. Your VIP ticket also allows you access to the Main Event one hour early. I can’t find a darn thing about the Cigars for Warriors Music Festival but will update this post when I do.

For $250.00, you receive a VIP ticket to CATS Fest 5, including cigars, a VIP dinner on Friday, entry in the VIP Raffle, and early entry to the Main Event.
